By engaging with K Nexa Digital and utilizing our services, you hereby agree to comply with the following comprehensive terms and conditions. Please read these carefully before taking any service.
1.Initial Payment Policy:
Once your Facebook Boost or Ads Campaign is officially activated and running, you are required to pay exactly 50% of the total decided budget as the first installment.
2.Subsequent Billing:
We monitor your campaign continuously. Once 40% of the initial 50% budget has been successfully spent or utilized on the platform, K-Nexa Digital will notify you to clear the remaining 50% of the total payment to ensure uninterrupted service.
3.Service Suspension for Non-Payment:
We value punctuality in financial commitments. If the remaining 50% payment is not made within the stipulated and agreed-upon timeframe, the active boost/ads will be automatically paused or stopped without further notice.
4.Refund & Cancellation Policy:
Client satisfaction is our priority. If you are genuinely not satisfied with K-Nexa Digital's services, you do not need to worry. We offer a transparent refund process: the exact amount that has already been spent/deducted by the platform for your Boost/Ads will be calculated and kept, and the remaining unspent balance will be refunded to you in full. However, to process this refund, you must provide a valid, legitimate, and logical reason explaining why the service did not meet your expectations.
5.Currency and Exchange Rates:
All our digital ad budgets are calculated based on the US Dollar. Currently, our fixed dollar rate is 140 BDT per dollar. Please be advised that this rate is strictly subject to international and local market conditions and may change at any time without prior notice.
6.Performance and Result Expectations:
Digital algorithms take time to learn and optimize. Therefore, we request all clients to wait patiently for at least 24 hours after an ad campaign is launched to start seeing good, stable, and visible results.
7.Website and Software Development Terms:
For Custom Inventory, Web Software, and General Web Development projects, payment terms are different. An advance payment is strictly required. The exact percentage and installment breakdown will be finalized through mutual discussion and negotiation before the project starts.

আমরা আপনার প্রচারণা ক্রমাগত পর্যবেক্ষণ করি। প্রাথমিক ৫০% বাজেটের ৪০% সফলভাবে প্ল্যাটফর্মে ব্যয় বা ব্যবহার হয়ে গেলে, কে-নেক্সা ডিজিটাল আপনাকে নিরবচ্ছিন্ন পরিষেবা নিশ্চিত করার জন্য মোট অর্থপ্রদানের অবশিষ্ট ৫০% পরিশোধ করার জন্য অবহিত করবে।
৩. অ-অর্থপ্রদানের জন্য পরিষেবা স্থগিতকরণ:
আমরা আর্থিক প্রতিশ্রুতিতে সময়ানুবর্তিতাকে মূল্য দিই। যদি অবশিষ্ট ৫০% অর্থপ্রদান নির্ধারিত এবং সম্মত সময়সীমার মধ্যে করা না হয়, তাহলে সক্রিয় বুস্ট/বিজ্ঞাপনগুলি স্বয়ংক্রিয়ভাবে স্থগিত বা পরবর্তী নোটিশ ছাড়াই বন্ধ করে দেওয়া হবে।
৪. ফেরত এবং বাতিলকরণ নীতি:
ক্লায়েন্টের সন্তুষ্টি আমাদের অগ্রাধিকার। আপনি যদি সত্যিই K-Nexa Digital এর পরিষেবাগুলিতে সন্তুষ্ট না হন, তাহলে আপনার চিন্তা করার দরকার নেই। আমরা একটি স্বচ্ছ রিফান্ড প্রক্রিয়া অফার করি: আপনার বুস্ট/বিজ্ঞাপনের জন্য প্ল্যাটফর্ম দ্বারা ইতিমধ্যেই ব্যয়/কাটা করা সঠিক পরিমাণ গণনা করা হবে এবং রাখা হবে, এবং অবশিষ্ট অব্যয়িত ব্যালেন্স আপনাকে সম্পূর্ণরূপে ফেরত দেওয়া হবে। তবে, এই রিফান্ড প্রক্রিয়া করার জন্য, আপনাকে একটি বৈধ, বৈধ এবং যৌক্তিক কারণ প্রদান করতে হবে যার ব্যাখ্যা দেওয়া হবে কেন পরিষেবাটি আপনার প্রত্যাশা পূরণ করেনি।

৬. কর্মক্ষমতা এবং ফলাফল প্রত্যাশা:
ডিজিটাল অ্যালগরিদমগুলি শিখতে এবং অপ্টিমাইজ করতে সময় লাগে। অতএব, আমরা সমস্ত ক্লায়েন্টদের একটি বিজ্ঞাপন প্রচারণা শুরু হওয়ার পরে কমপক্ষে ২৪ ঘন্টা ধৈর্য ধরে অপেক্ষা করার জন্য অনুরোধ করছি যাতে ভাল, স্থিতিশীল এবং দৃশ্যমান ফলাফল দেখা শুরু হয়।
৭. ওয়েবসাইট এবং সফটওয়্যার ডেভেলপমেন্টের শর্তাবলী:
কাস্টম ইনভেন্টরি, ওয়েব সফটওয়্যার এবং জেনারেল ওয়েব ডেভেলপমেন্ট প্রকল্পের জন্য, পেমেন্টের শর্তাবলী ভিন্ন। অগ্রিম অর্থ প্রদান কঠোরভাবে বাধ্যতামূলক। প্রকল্প শুরু হওয়ার আগে পারস্পরিক আলোচনা এবং আলোচনার মাধ্যমে সঠিক শতাংশ এবং কিস্তির ভাঙ্গন চূড়ান্ত করা হবে।
